REGINA, July 29, 2009 – Please note the following final details regarding the 2009 Summer Meeting of the Council of the Federation (COF) taking place in Regina from August 5-7, 2009.
Media Registration
Media representatives who wish to attend the 2009 Council of the Federation Summer Meeting must be accredited. A photo-ID badge will be provided to all accredited media at the media registration desk during the following hours:

Media Centre
A Media Centre will be located in the Order of the Eastern Star Building, 4545 Dewdney Avenue, adjacent to Government House. This room will be equipped with Internet access, power outlets and television monitors.
Parking
For those media representatives staying at the Ramada Hotel, the hotel offers underground parking. Should you require outdoor parking for large trucks, they are several pay lots available within a flour block radius of the hotel. At Government House, there will be media parking available on the east side of the Media Centre, on the south end of the Media Centre and on the east side of Government House’s visitor parking lot. Parking is limited; we encourage use of the shuttle service.
