Final Details for the Council of the Federation International Economic Forum in Halifax on November 22-23, 2012
HALIFAX, November 20, 2012 – Please note the following final details regarding the Council of the Federation (COF) International Economic Forum taking place in Halifax on November 22-23, 2012.
Media Registration
Media representatives who wish to cover the COF International Economic Forum must register online. To access the online registration system, please click here or go to www.councilofthefederation.ca and click on the link under “Meetings”. Individuals will be screened to ensure they are official media representatives. A photo-ID badge will be provided to all accredited media onsite at the media registration desk during the following hours:
Media Centre – Suite 303 (3rd floor)
World Trade and Convention Centre, 1800 Argyle Street, Halifax
Thursday, November 22: 4:00 – 8:00 pm
Friday, November 23: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Media Centre
A Media Centre will be located in Suite 303 (3rd floor) of the World Trade and Convention
Centre. This room will be equipped with Internet access, power outlets and a television monitor.
Satellite Truck Parking
Parking for satellite trucks is very limited. To coordinate a live pool feed, please contact Carla Burns with the Government of Nova Scotia at (902) 424-2876 or [email protected].
